1. FREE SHIPPING AND HANDLING
We offer free standard shipping within the contiguous US on orders of $35 or more.
2. PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TIME
You will have multiple shipping options available at the time of checkout. The time for delivery depends on the shipping method (UPS and USPS) selected and the destination of the shipment.

With the possible exception of shipments during special promotions, new product launches, holidays, or other seasonal fluctuations, orders placed by 12:00 noon Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, will be processed on the same day and orders received after that time or on the weekend will be processed the next business day.
Once an order has been processed and shipped, it typically takes 3-10 business days to arrive using Ground shipping, depending on the destination. Expedited orders using Two-Day or Overnight delivery should arrive the designated number of business days after being shipped. Saturday and Sunday delivery are not available. Please be aware that orders could arrive in multiple packages.
We cannot be responsible for any delays in shipping caused by ground or air transportation delays, severe weather, or other circumstances out of our control.
3. TRACKING YOUR ORDER
You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped along with tracking information. You can track your shipment using the tracking number and carrier link that is provided in your shipping confirmation message.
4. WHERE DO WE SHIP
We currently ship to the 50 united states plus the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands. We can ship to P.O. boxes, but only via USPS Ground shipping. Orders to such as addresses are not eligible for expedited shipping. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time nor do we ship to freight forwarders’ addresses. We reserve the right to cancel all orders shipping internationally or to a freight forwarder.
5. LIMITATIONS ON SHIPPING HAZARDOUS MATERIALS
Certain items in your order may be considered Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT). Hazardous Materials are as follows: aerosol items, some alcohol-based items, items that contain contents under pressure, and others (e.g., hairspray, nail polish and items containing flammable, volatile or corrosive chemicals).
The U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT) requires ground-only shipment of Hazardous Materials due to air shipment restrictions and regulations. Therefore, these items cannot be shipped to all addresses. All orders containing Hazardous Materials must be shipped via Standard and cannot be shipped via Expedited or Premium. All orders containing Hazardous Materials can only be shipped to addresses within the Continental U.S. and cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, PO Boxes or APO/ FPO addresses.
6. RETURN FOR REFUND OR EXCHANGE
discoverfound.com offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on regularly priced items only. If you are unsatisfied with your regularly priced purchase from discoverfound.com for any reason within 30 days of your original purchase date, you may return the unused portion of your purchase for a full refund of the purchase price, less original shipping and handling fees. Please note that we monitor return activity for abuse and reserve the right to limit returns or exchanges.
We regret that, unless a shipping error was made by discoverfound.com, we are unable to refund your original shipping costs, if applicable. We are unable to accept returns COD. Examples of shipping errors include incorrect shipping service used after customer selected and paid for other service, incorrect product was shipped, or the product was unusable due to damage incurred during shipping. You may also request to exchange your product for a new product.
In the case of exchanges, we recommend you place a new order for the replacement product and we will then issue a credit after the returned goods are received and processed. Exchanged products will be charged a new shipping and handling fee and you may select the method of shipping at checkout.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase from discoverfound.com. Products purchased from other retailers or other e-commerce sites may not be returned to discoverfound.com, even if they are Found® branded products, and will not be credited back or returned to you.
7. SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS FOR RETURNED PRODUCTS
To return your product, use our Return Request tool to request a return and get a return label. Click here to start a return request. Please include that with your items and your receipt or proof of purchase from discoverfound.com. We suggest making a copy for your records before sending the original. Send it to the attention of: Found®, 3508 Tricenter Blvd., Durham, NC 27713. Package your return item in the manufacturer's product box and original packaging (if available). Otherwise, pack your return in a well-padded envelope or box to prevent damage in transit.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning product. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless as noted above.
We highly recommend that all customers initiating a return use a trackable shipping service or to purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned product and cannot track returns without a tracking number. Product that you return but that is not received will not be credited to you. We also recommend that you use ground-only shipping as certain items may be considered Hazardous Material (HAZMAT) and may not be shipped by air due to restrictions and regulations.
8. TIME TO RETURN
If you process your return within 30 days from the date of purchase and we receive your item, we will refund your original form of payment minus original shipping costs. However, if more than 30 days have passed since your original purchase date, refunds are allowed only in the sole and absolute discretion of discoverfound.com.
You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Once your return is approved for a refund and your item is received, then your refund will be processed within 48 hours. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction.
If you are expecting a refund and haven’t received it after one full billing cycle on your credit card statement, we suggest you contact your credit card company first, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted or it may be in process.
9. SALE ITEMS
Only regularly priced products may be returned for refund or exchange. All promotional, sale or discontinued items are final sales and cannot be returned. The determination about whether an item is eligible for return is made only in the sole and absolute discretion of discoverfound.com.
10. RETURNED GIFTS
If you received product as a gift and the product was marked as a gift by the purchaser and shipped directly to you, you will receive a product credit for the value of your return. Gifts may not be exchanged for a cash refund. Product credit may not be redeemed for cash (unless required by law), reloaded, transferred to others, or sold and can only be used at this Site. Merchandise credit will not be replaced if lost or stolen.
11. RETURNED MERCHANDISE POLICY
We protect the integrity of the products we sell. All returned (used or unused) products are not returned to inventory and are properly disposed of.
